Our Regular Services:
- We offer regular monthly programmes for our members on selected self development or management topics
- PALMS PLUS is a in-house journal with useful articles and tips for enhancing personal and managerial effectiveness, and all subscribing members are entitiled to a free copy of the same, every month
- We have a PALMS Self Development Centre, where we offer periodical self development programmes for our members
- We have a in-house library for the use of our members

- We assist companies in identifying the training needs and provide cost effective training solutions
- We organize in-house training programmes for Corporate houses based on their specific requirements
- We provide business process consultancy and CEO mentoring, on specific request
- We assist companies in sourcing their manpower requirements

- We offer Self development programmes for the benefit of School & College Students, which helps students to develop Leadership Skills and Social Skills which is required to be successful in today's competitive world
- We arrange Career Counselling and Career Guidance programmes for High School & Higher Secondary School Students
- We offer Employability Enhancement Training programme for College Students
Promoters:
PALMS is an offshoot of like minded friends of JCI Tuticorin , who are desirous of making a positive impact in the society, through training. PALMS was formed as a educational trust, with a board of 5 trustees. PALMS aims at working on three key areas: Knowledge Enrichment, Skill Building and Atttitude Development, which we believe will help people find a more purposeful living and will become a contributive force to their family, the society, our nation and the world as a whole.
Mr. D.Senthil Kannan is a MBA ( International Business) from Schiller International University, London. He is the Fonder & Managing Trustee of PALMS. He belongs to the reputed VVD family, who have diverse business interest. In his own capacity, he runs an export & import sourcing business, with specialisation in the area of Industrial Chemicals.
K. Pon Venkatesh, is a Commerce graduate from Loyolo College, Chennai. He is the grandson of Freedom fighter Shri. S.Ponnusamy, who later served as MLA, when honourable Shri. Kamaraj, was the Chief minister of Tamilnadu. He runs a Customs house clearing & forwarding agency. He has keen interest in the developemnt of Tuticorin and is engaged in many social activities.
S. Angappan, has to his honour, 3 M.A's with specialisation in areas of History, Sociology and Political Science. He is a reputed motivational trainer, with excellent oratory skills in Tamil and good fluency in English. He serves at TAC, Tuticorin, as Distribution Officer.
C.Karthikeya Prabu, is a B.tech graduate. He serves as the Joint Managing Director of M/s.Diamond Shipping Agencies, a leading brand in Tuticorin in the shipping industry.
S. Sankara Subramanian is a Civil Engineer, who is engaged in heavy equipment contracting business and agriculture. He has active interest in training.
In addition to the PROMOTERS, a number of friends, trainers and members, have been ardent support if PALMS and its activities.
